What are Legal Herb Buds

Anybody wondering what legal herb buds are has to start at the beginning. In the beginning, Professor John Huffman was doing research at Clemson University when he began work that would lead to synthetic cannabis. He published his work in the proper medical journals, and then in the early part of 2005, some of these compounds began showing up in Germany, marketed as legal spice and alternately called K2 or Spice.

Many of these Legal Herbal Buds products were said to have effects surprisingly similar to the effects of natural marijuana or THC, with users reporting a unwinding, euphoric feeling. However, it wasn't until 2010 that states began banning these legal herbal derivatives, and late in 2010 the DEA passed a one-year ban on five ingredients commonly found in some legal herbal buds: JWH-018, JWH-073, JWH-200, CP-47,497 and cannabicyclohexanol (from Wikipedia).

Although some online websites attempt to offer legal herb as just a legal form of marijuana, technically this is illegal and a violation of DEA code. The fact is that Legal Buds are simply another form of smoking products, like tobacco (or opium in the 19th century), and one that is generally legal in all of the USA. We say generally because there are an increasing number of states have attempted to pass laws prohibiting legal herbal smoking products, but the herbal buds vendors just make another version of the product modified to each state's specific requirements. Most states in fact attempt to criminalize the synthetic chemicals obtained in smoking legal buds, but given that there were more than 450 derivatives of cannabis recognized this could be a very long battle for the USA and the DEA.

Most people find the fact that smoking legal buds will not cause them to not pass a drug test very appealing, because folks have to pass a drug test for all kinds of things these days. Applying for jobs; regular drug testing if you have a job; getting life insurance; applying for an apartment; part of probation if you have been convicted of drunk driving - the list goes on and on. Mostly people who work hard and need a way to relax at the end of the day, but don't feel comfortable indulging in marijuana to fill that need because of the possibility of a failed drug test. For these folks, Legal Herbal Buds are a real boon, and they have embraced it with all thier heart.

Some of the other reasons people like legal buds smoking is that it offers a way to quit smoking cigarettes. That's correct; plenty of people use herbal smoke as a bridge to quit smoking cigarettes because the very negative health effects of cigarettes are well known, while there are few known (if any) negative health effects of legal buds. Still others find it a accommodating way to satisfy the need to hold something in your hand and smoke it. Unlike with cigarettes, the amount of legal herbal buds you need to experience the desired effects is very small, and doesn't require you to keep smoking it and smoking it.
Did you know the Nazis were the first ones to commence public bans on smoking in places like airports, trains and buses? It's true; Adolf Hitler was quite the anti-smoking advocate. He even went so far as to label cigarettes as "a vice of the degenerate Negroes." And of course, they blamed the Jewish people for the introduction of tobacco to German society and its negative health effects.

But long before Hitler, linguistic evidence shows that Germanic tribes were familiar with hemp as a form of legal buds smoking, possibly as far back as 500 B.C. Nor were they the only ones; Chinese medicine practitioners were familiar with cannabis as a way to get in touch with the spirit world. Taoist (the ancient Chinese religion) teachings reference cannabis, marijuana in the 4th century A.D., describing how to burn it for the maximum effect. And in Africa, although it's difficult to tell how far back the customs go because of the lack of a written history, 19th century explorers found hemp cults throughout the continent, with tribesmen who were required to pass through the tests and smoke herbal buds as much as possible.

And herb legal usage isn't just limited to the long ago, either. In San Francisco, California today there are "medical marijuana" dispensaries where patients who have a prescription can obtain legal buds. In Humboldt County, California, there are hundreds of thousands of acres dedicated to growing not-so-legal buds, and the local police are extremely tolerant of people in possession of these herbs. In India today, various spiritual festivals such as the festival of Shivrati and the festival of Holi involve spiritual wise men known as sadhus wandering the streets and smoking marijuana as an offering to the Indian goddess Shiva.
